Analyzing Speech

Professor Nicolas Jabko will join us today to talk about speech analysis. The firt reading is published in a political science journal (Dietrich et al., 2019). The second paper is technical and in a Machine Learning conference describing how OpenAI built their speech model Whisper (Radford et al., 2023).
